On native, nobody keeps paying for a page that doesn't convert. Taboola traffic is cold, and losing pages get cut within days. So when a landing page is still buying traffic after six months, that's the closest public signal you'll get of a profitable funnel.
We used Anstrex Native, a tool that tracks native ads and their landing pages, to pull the longest-running health & wellness pages on Taboola in the United States. Data as of October 12, 2026. Below are the ten we'd study if we were launching a DTC health brand on native tomorrow, plus the patterns they share.

How to read the numbers
- Days running is first seen → last seen in Anstrex. It's a proxy, not a P&L: we don't see their margins, only that they keep buying traffic.
- Ad-Strength is Anstrex's exposure score for the ads pointing to a page. Use it to compare pages, not as revenue.

3 pages worth a closer look
1. The expert who wasted money first (Nuzzle, 369 days)
The highest Ad-Strength of every pain-related page we pulled. A physical therapist writes in first person about her own shoulder pain, then lists every product she already tried and what each one cost ($800–1,000 in total) before she "discovers" the pillow. The product only appears about 35–40% of the way down the page.
Why it works: the reader recognises her own wasted money before she sees a product. The expert failing first is what earns the trust.
Steal this: write a "graveyard" section with every fix your customer has already tried, and what it cost them.
2. The switch listicle with the price in the headline (Audien, 191 days)
"5 Reasons Why Smart Seniors Are Ditching $5,000 Hearing Aids for This $98 Solution." Each reason does one job (stigma, comfort, price, ease, emotional payoff) and every reason ends with a CTA.
Why it works: the whole offer fits in the headline. Someone who reads only the title already knows the deal.
Steal this: "ditching $X [the default] for this $Y [you]". Switch listicles show up again and again among the long-runners; "5 reasons your pain won't go away" problem listicles don't.
3. The sales page with no story (NeuroMD, 381 days)
Not every native winner tells a story. NeuroMD's sciatica page is pure direct response: a hero claim positioned against meds and surgery, press logos, a live counter of users, how it works in 4 steps, a 12-week protocol, clinical studies, FAQ and FSA/HSA eligibility.
Why it works: for a device bought by people in pain, proof density does the selling.
Steal this: turn your product into a protocol (week 1, weeks 2–4, week 12). A gadget becomes a treatment plan.
6 patterns the long-runners share
- The product shows up late. In the story advertorials, it's named 20–45% of the way down the page.
- A graveyard of failed fixes. Recognition comes before persuasion.
- Authority that feels close: a PT who failed first, a nurse daughter, a journalist testing for a week. And it has to be real.
- Switch beats problem. "Why people are ditching X for Y" outlasts "5 reasons your pain…".
- They version, they don't edit. v1, v3, v4, v7 of the same story run side by side. New ideas launch as new URLs; the winner stays untouched.
- The offer is a stack: a discount, 1/2/4 bundles and a 60–90 day guarantee.
A warning before you copy anything
Taboola and Outbrain review every advertorial. Experts, testimonials and studies on your page must be real and documented: invented doctors get pages rejected and put the account at risk. Copy the architecture, never the claims.
Is your funnel ready for native?
The brands that scale fastest on native usually already have a page that converts on Meta: an advertorial, listicle or long product page with real sales behind it. If that's you, native is likely your next channel, not a new experiment.

Frequently asked questions
What is a native advertorial?
A landing page written like an editorial article (a story, a doctor's explainer or a listicle) that native ad networks such as Taboola, Outbrain and MGID send traffic to before the reader reaches the product page.
Why look at how long a page has been running?
Native traffic is paid and cold, so advertisers cut losing pages fast. A page that has bought traffic for six months or more is very likely profitable, even though we can't see the advertiser's margins.
Can I use the same advertorial on Meta and Taboola?
Often yes. A page that converts on Meta is the best starting point for native. Headlines, thumbnails and the first screen usually need adapting to native's more editorial, curiosity-driven placements.
